Accomplishment:
- Develop & Successfully hand over all assigned projects with approx. construction cost of 500 million SAR starting from Architectural & Engineering design till operation with -/+ 10% of the targeted Budget & with 0% technical rejection.
- Administrate and Close all Construction & Consultancy Services Contracts with 0 claims, or disputes.
- Close assigned cases of claims/disputes with amount of 5, 000, 000 SAR as per targeted settlement amount & Objective.

- Project Management (Identification of the project scope, coordination, liaising, Change control. Stack holder Management. Government relations and liaising, Deliverables, projects finance auditing include monitoring and control projects cost (labour, direct and indirect costs ), Reporting; problem identification, Scheduling, resource planning.
